Benefits of Ultrasol®ine K Plus in Berry Fertigation

Iodine plays a key role in improving fruit yield and quality, particularly in blueberries and raspberries. Recent trials in Poland, Peru, Mexico, and Morocco have demonstrated the positive impact of Ultrasol®ine K Plus compared with standard potassium nitrate.

Poland: Higher raspberry and blueberry yields when iodine was included with potassium nitrate.
Peru: Three soil-grown blueberry trials showed consistent yield increases; in substrate-grown Kirra, yields rose by +13%, with more berries in the largest size class.
Mexico: Raspberries delivered greater yields from the first harvest and bigger fruits. Blueberries showed improved sugar levels and higher calcium content.
Morocco: Raspberries produced 8% more yield, with significantly higher calcium concentrations in the fruits.

These results highlight Ultrasol®ine K Plus as a powerful tool for berry growers, delivering higher yields, larger fruits, and improved nutritional quality.
