After four months in which different activities were carried out, SQM Yodo Nutrición Vegetal launched its new Purpose, which seeks to make visible why we exist and align the organization around a common goal along with connecting more deeply with employees, customers and the community in general.
"One year after the formation of SQM Iodine Plant Nutrition, we concluded The Route of Purpose, a process that allowed us to connect with different operations and countries to discover our purpose as a company.

This entire journey led to the drafting of a Manifesto containing our Purpose, which is a guide to reinforce our alignment as a global organization and fulfill our goals and objectives.

In addition, the process allowed us to review our Values, adjust them to the new purpose and include one more: Challenge, as a duty. This new value calls us to have ambition to go further, to be resilient in the face of adversity, to believe in entrepreneurship as a way to find new ways of doing things and to encourage disruption, proactivity and creativity to propose "out of the box" solutions.
